Colorado Women's Education Foundation - CWEF Our scholarship program has helped hundreds of Colorado women of non-traditional student age with a much deserved hand up.

If you are a woman at least 25 years of age, have been a Colorado resident for at least twelve months, are enrolled in an institution of higher education or vocational training, will reside in Colorado while earning your certification or degree, and can demonstrate financial need, scholastic achievement, leadership skills, community involvement, and career goals, we want to help you write your own success story.

CWEF is amazed by our recent scholar, Caterina, who graduated this May with her Doctorate in Educational Psychology with a Concentration in Applied Statistics and Research Methods. WOW. Create a short video celebrating a Colorado Women's Hall of Fame inductee for a chance to win $1,000! Submissions are open until August 1st. Details below!

The Her Colorado Student Video Contest is still open — and there are two weeks left to enter.
Colorado students from 6th grade through undergrad are invited to create a short video honoring a Colorado Women's Hall of Fame inductee from one of Colorado's 8 regions.

It's a chance to learn about the women who shaped this state, tell their story, and compete for a $1,000 grand prize. The winning video will be shown at the CWHF Gala.

We are beyond proud of recent CWEF graduate Heather who will be starting a job as a school counselor at an elementary school this August! She describes feeling: "empowered, proud, excited, and nervous" after graduating. We are over the moon to share that thanks to the incredible support of our community, the Colorado Women's Education Foundation raised over $125,000 at our 50th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, April 25th. Thank you to our generous sponsors, donors, and everyone who came out and made the evening a huge success!
