There is nothing quite like the harmony of horse and rider moving together as one. This October, we invite you and your equine partner to take center stage at the IALHA National Championship Show and compete for the title of IALHA National Champion in our USDF Breed-Specific Dressage.
From Training Level through Grand Prix, including Freestyle, these championship classes are designed exclusively for IALHA-registered Andalusians, Lusitanos, and Half-Andalusians/Lusitanos. Whether you're beginning your dressage journey or performing at the highest levels of the sport, there is an opportunity to showcase the beauty, athleticism, and partnership that make our breeds so special.
Set against the world-class backdrop of the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, this is your chance to step into the spotlight, celebrate your training, and let your horse shine.

Today, we celebrate all the fathers who make our passion for Andalusians and Lusitanos possible.
To the dads who bought that first horse and opened the door to a lifetime of memories... thank you.
To the dads spending long days at the barn, hauling to horse shows, helping with late-night preparations, and cheering from the sidelines... thank you.
To the fathers who are riders, trainers, breeders, and competitors themselves, sharing their love of horses with the next generation... thank you.
And today, we also recognize the remarkable stallions whose strength, character, and legacy continue to shape the future of the Andalusian and Lusitano breeds. Through their offspring, their influence lives on for generations to come.
Whether your Father's Day is spent in the saddle, at the barn, ringside with family, or simply reflecting on the horses and people who have impacted your journey, we hope it is filled with joy, gratitude, and cherished memories.

The IALHA National Championship Show is excited to welcome AHA Purebred and Half-Arabian classes to this year's competition at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, October 8–11, 2026.
One of the things that makes both the IALHA and AHA communities special is the appreciation for the versatility, talent, and value of half-bred horses. Throughout this show season, we've been thrilled to see several Half-Andalusian/Half-Arabian horses competing successfully at both IALHA and AHA Regional Championship Shows, demonstrating their athleticism, beauty, and adaptability across multiple venues and disciplines.
These horses truly embody the best of both worlds, and we're proud to provide even more opportunities for them to shine on a national stage. Whether you're showing an Andalusian, Lusitano, Half-Andalusian, Half-Lusitano, Arabian, Half-Arabian, or another breed, the IALHA National Championship Show continues to celebrate the diversity and excellence of our equine partners.

The IALHA National Championship Show is excited to once again host Open to All Breed WDAA Western Dressage classes at the beautiful World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida, October 8–11, 2026!
Whether you ride an Andalusian, Lusitano, Half-Andalusian, Half-Lusitano, or another breed entirely, you're invited to join us for a fun and welcoming competition showcasing the harmony, partnership, and versatility that make Western Dressage so special.
Bring your friends, your barn mates, and your favorite equine partner and experience all that the IALHA National Championship Show has to offer. With classes for a variety of breeds and disciplines, there truly is something for everyone!
