Peer Counseling Collective Berkeley Free Clinic 830 University Ave, Berkeley, CA Drop In Person Counseling 50 minutes.

Every Tues 630-9PM, 2nd and 4th Sunday 4:30-7PM. We believe that our clients have the ability to come to their own insights and solutions. We facilitate this process by providing a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about and explore feelings and situations. This free, confidential service for individuals and couples in provided by a diverse group of volunteers trained in active listening skills:

this is a basic "talk therapy" approach. Drop-in peer counseling is available Monday-Friday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. On going scheduled counseling can be set up through drop-ins. We also offer drop-in group counseling every Monday night from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The group is called the Radical Mental Health Group. Topics are open and decided on by the needs of the group present.

As of July 1st, there are no in-person services at 2339 Durant Ave. Referrals, phone counseling, TB blood tests for specific clients, and phone appointments for health insurance and benefits will continue during this transition period. Referrals and in-person counseling are available at 830 University Ave. Thank you for your patience while we move into a new space.
