Cranky Kitty-the apple of our eye is always near her foster and joined her for breakfast this morning. This cute photo is made possible by FOSTERS!

We are currently looking for more foster homes!
The season is ramping up big time and we have several kitties needing to get off to foster care at this time:

Yoshi & Bagheera-siblings-6 months

Echo-brown tabby male-young and bonded to Wild Kitty who is pretty wild. Willing to split up :(

We also have some barn brats! Young kitties who cant quite accept a lap and petting, but are playful and silly and need to be in safe indoor/outdoor situation that babies them.

Whitman-tame enough but adored by Lions Club Tortie. Would make great little shop cats and would come around over the years.

Lil Lady and her surprise 6! Kittens born Mother's Day and approaching 1 month of age.

Milkyway-female uncertain but will decompress and warm up in experienced hands off home willing to give time.

That's it! We get through that we can start tackling our waitlist 😉

Meanwhile and today alone we are:

Trapping feral cats
Transporting public cats to spay/neuter
Meeting with potential adopters and showing them senior cats (Teigar!)
Checking in new cats to the center-Welcome Peaches!
Attending veterinary appts
Cleaning, feeding, medicating cats morning and evening
Sending reminders to fosters
Connecting with new people for spay/neuter
Picking up cats from clinic
Taking in cats from dire situations

We are not socially deprived. We're busy and focused on our mission. We are not talkers, but doers and our work speaks for itself. This is an average day for us and we'll do it all again tomorrow. Not for praise- For innocent lives and the betterment of our county.

No More Bull

We’re volunteers. We do this for the animals.

When you send us graphic photos of dying kittens, we WILL ask about spaying mom. We WILL follow up. If you ghost us after asking for help, a simple “We got help” is fine. Silence isn’t.

We offer help at no cost to the person surrendering. Following up to confirm an animal’s safety isn’t “blasting.” It’s rescue.

It’s really unfortunate when people don’t reach out for help sooner, but then get offended when spay/neuter assistance is offered.

We’re not doing the bull this season. If you can’t communicate like an adult, don’t contact us. Our time goes to animals, not drama.

A GOLDENEYE for a golden heart 💛 Our sweet and iconically beautiful boy was claimed by a 2x adopter. He will be introduced to Danish culture and joins Rasmus formerly Sunshine 🌞 We love expanding the love within fur families and we know they will be fast friends. His new name will be Viggo. His mom shared a thought with us today that bears repeating, with all the ugliness in the world, she shuts out the news, and turns inward looking into her cats eyes, seeing all their love on a soul level. We are so proud of this connection and adoption! Goldeneye has soared and scored! 🏆

From matted, greasy stray to the MAIN ENTREE!
FETTUCINE commanded the eye of all who walked by. But there could be only one taking him home! And home he went. ❤️ We are so happy for both he and his new guardian- and all the fabulous times yet to come. Tonight he celebrates with a pot of cat grass! 🌱
