Today is Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day or Emancipation Day. The enslaved people of Galveston, Texas finally learned they were free on June 19th, 1865, two years after the emancipation proclamation was issued.

This national independence day honors and celebrates freedom and equality.

Our offices are closed today, we will see you next week!

Welcome to Toddler Time at our Cordata location! Held weekly, our Toddler Time is a free drop-in class for young children and caretakers - be sure to check out our summer schedule on our website☀

Toddler Time classes include rotating crafts and activities; today’s group enjoyed playing with floam and drawing with wet chalk.
