It's been a while since I have posted on this page.itsbeen a long summer.for some reason it hit me like a ton of bricks I have volunteered a this park for 24 years watching kids grow up and become parents themselves hopefully we can have a huge 25th anniversary party next year and begin the next chapter of ABC park .the question is will I be part of it.

GM Facebook for the past 6 years we took young people to a basketball tournament in Charleston sc.due to my injuries and other circumstances this year was difficult to the point where cancellation was considered I reached out to many for help but a few showed up.so thanks to the urban children foundation, the NFL alumni, Ray Rice, Rosie's bar and a few more who wish to remain anonymous for making it possible for the youth.

Just an update Well we are no closer to an answer as to why the park hasn't been completed and turned back over to the community I am so tired of asking the same questions and not getting anywhere its frustrating and disappointing trying to continue our work in bringing the community together and maintain a community safe space being stifled by incompetence.

Its been a while since posting anything maybe because I have nothing positive to share this renovation has taken far longer than it should recreation and parks are dragging their feet on this its frustrating trying to get update last update I got was the bathroom heater wasn't working properly also the basketball court is incomplete ,recs and parks have claimed equipment that was donated to park .there are rumors floating around about them taking over park I dont know what to believe or think anymore hopefully things will come together soon so we can continue our fun and family atmosphere at ABC park.

It's been a while since I have posted on our page through these troubling times we remain focused on giving the community the best we have to offer .getting ABC park completed has and continue to be a challenge but I am continually pushing and pushing to get it completed so hang in there we are going to get there.
