Because of supporters like you, we had the opportunity to host a rally and press conference outside American Airlines in support of Sophie Cunningham, who is standing up for women’s sports; give our interns the opportunity to meet Governor Greg Abbott and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick; and hold a press conference at the Harris County Civil Courthouse after the court rejected attempt to block the Texas Ten Commandments Law to discuss this important victory.

FYI: Top democrat candidate James Talarico refers to women as a "neighbor with a uterus".

James Talarico can't even say a basic biological word... women. Last year, Texas passed the What is a Woman Bill/Women’s Bill of Rights (HB229) which says that men can no longer be women. The law accurately defines the terms “man”, “woman”, “boy”, and “girl” by accurate scientific definitions and biological reality.

Texas Values Action was the leading statewide law and policy organization in helping HB 229 get passed.

Texas Values Action was featured in a recent Fox News article on top democratic candidate James Talarico after he called Biblical references in Texas schools "propaganda".

A resurfaced video showed Democratic U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico calling Texas' Bluebonnet curriculum "propaganda," drawing Sen. Ted Cruz's rebuke.

FYI: Top democrat candidate James Talarico calls biological men in women's sports a "far right conspiracy theory". Yikes.

Texas has signed multiple laws (Texas Women's Privacy Act, Save Women's Sports Act, + more) against men / boys competing in women's sports and using their safe spaces like locker rooms and bathrooms.

FYI: Top democrat candidate James Talarico calls the Bible "Propaganda"

Just last month, the Texas State Board of Education approved new instructional materials that teach students about the historical significance of religious texts including the Bible.

The Texas Values Action team was at the SBOE meetings to testify in support of these materials and to defend the accurate teaching of our nation's history and the role faith has played in shaping our country.

Top democrat candidate James Talarico says he hates Christianity??!!

Texas Values Action continues leading the fight to protect faith in Texas—from the Ten Commandments in classrooms, to medical conscience protections for healthcare providers, and defending attacks on Christmas.

FYI: He’s not Choosin’ Texas child safety. Top democrat candidate James Talarico voted AGAINST protectingTexas Kids from dangerous and harmful child s*x change and gender mutilation drugs and surgeries. Removing healthy body parts from a child’s body is really about forcing transgender ideology on kids and society, it’s not about health or science.

No child deserves a false sense of hope from the unscientific idea that they are not really the s*x they were born and that removing healthy body parts can somehow be healthy for a child. Texas Values Action was the leading law and policy organization that advocated for the passage of the law (SB 14) a law that protects kids from dangerous and harmful s*x change operations and drugs that remove healthy body parts and are often irreversible.
