Thank you for your work and leadership, Chairman Harris! We are honored to recognize you after a historic legislative session for the future of water in !

I was honored to be recognized by the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC Texas) as a Champion of Infrastructure for the 89th Legislature.

As Chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee, I’ve made it a priority to secure long-term, reliable investments in Texas water and flood infrastructure. Passing a constitutional amendment to invest $1 billion per year for the next 20 years was a big step toward protecting our communities and supporting continued growth across our state.

I appreciate ACEC Texas for this recognition and for the important work they do to keep Texas moving forward.

Congratulations and thank you, Chairman Charles Perry!

Congratulations and thank you, Chairman Charles Perry!

Honored to receive the Champion of Infrastructure Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Texas.

Investing in water and flood infrastructure is essential to supporting Texas’ growth, protecting our communities, and keeping our economy strong. I’m grateful to work alongside the engineers and industry leaders who help design and build the systems our state relies on every day. Proud to continue fighting for long-term, responsible investments that keep Texas moving forward.
