L4 Cares implements programs that address the needs of “the Least, the Last, the Lost and the Lonely.” L4 Cares primary mission is to train and send Amba

ssadors to work at the local levels to raise social consciousness about the state and condition of “the Least, the Last, the Lost, the Lonely.” These Ambassadors will address the identified needs in a community by engaging volunteers, coordinating fundraising activities, and providing input on how L4 Cares resources should be applied to the community. While L4 Cares is primarily focused on addressing ongoing individual needs for assistance, the organization will participate in efforts to provide emergency assistance as needed through its resources. L4 Cares about transparency, being good stewards of our supporter’s donations, time and resources. Our website will report at a minimum, quarterly financials. Currently serving Williamson County, Texas. L4 Cares founder, Kendra Cofer has spent over thirty years as an executive in corporate America, all the while volunteering endless hours with many nonprofits of all types. Through her journey, she met many likeminded people that have a passion for helping others. Taking a leap of faith, Kendra felt like she was being lead to create L4 Cares. She can personally identify with, the Least, the Last, the Lost and the Lonely through various life experiences. Through years of working with people in need, Kendra took notice that when someone would actually take the time to purposely connect with those around them, they often learned the unspoken needs of others. Pride often keeps people hurting in silence. While our fast paced society; keeps our eyes are glued to our smartphones and electronics, we miss the small subtle cues of the people around us. People that just need a smile, a simple act of kindness or need help in a big way. Join us as we start this journey. We encourage you to post on our page and share your stories, and together we can change lives, one story at a time.

💙 This year has been one of the most challenging seasons of my life, which is why I haven't been able to attend many of our weekly hospital visits.

Today, though, my heart was full. I got to reconnect with some of the incredible families we serve and was reminded why this mission means so much. ❤️

The best part? Several of the families we saw today will be joining us at our December Hero Camp, and we were able to add five more families to the camp because of those connections. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️✨
Even in difficult seasons, joy has a way of finding us. 🦋💜

FAMILY TESTIMONIAL!

“We usually see each other in the hardest moments.” 💔

One parent shared how families in the medical community often meet during hospital stays, treatments, emergencies, and some of life’s most difficult seasons.

But Hero Camp was different. 💙✨

For one weekend, families came together surrounded by laughter, music, superheroes, dance parties, friendship, water slides, and pure joy. 🦸‍♂️👑🎶🌊

Instead of simply surviving together in crisis… they were able to make happy memories together. 🫶

And for so many families, those moments become unforgettable. ❤️

This is why we do what we do.

Thank you to everyone who helps make Hero Camp possible for these incredible families. 💫

One of our Hero Camp testimonials. 💙

Sometimes the families say it better than we ever could. Hearing what Hero Camp meant to them is exactly why continues this mission. ❤️

It was "Game On" at Dell Children’s Hospital last week when Mario and Luigi made a surprise appearance, instantly brightening the day for the young patients. The iconic duo swapped the Mushroom Kingdom for the hospital halls, bringing plenty of smiles, high-fives, and a much-needed "power-up" to the children and their families.
