Little designers. Four-legged runway stars. 🐾

Before the pups hit the runway, the children at Dell Children's Medical Center brought their outfits to life!

With colorful fabrics, playful accessories, and help from our wonderful volunteers, the children created looks for the Dell Children’s Facility Dogs to model at Paws on the Runway.

From choosing decorations to spending time with some very lovable models, the fun began long before the runway show!

Thank you to Dell Children’s, Embark Medical Dogs, and every volunteer who helped make this day special.

The 12th Annual Beautifully Loved Fashion Show featuring 40 models who are all patients/survivors from local children’s hospitals is happening!!! 💙

DATE: Feb 27, 2027

Giveback while getting your child a hair trim! 💇🏻💇🏻‍♀️

Our amazing friends at Pigtails & Crewcuts Cedar Park have been hosting a fundraiser all month long in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month to support our programs! 💛

A portion of services will go towards our mental health programs for kids and families navigating a children’s hospital journey! 💛

We are so, so grateful to be seen and encouraged by those in our community who believe in our mission! 💛

We currently serve 6 children’s hospitals and The Ronald McDonald House of Central Texas. We host in hospital events, outside hospital events, provide self care items, provide clothing support and provide therapy services financial support for patients or caregivers. Every donation helps ensure we don’t have to turn anyone away when they need support in walking through the hard days of a medical diagnosis. 💛

We had fun at Dell Children's Medical Center CBCC @ Dell Children's Sickle Cell event this past Saturday at Thinkery!

Channing is one of our fashion show models and he shines on the runway with his joy, dancing and his custom made outfits!

We are so proud of him and hope you come watch him and see him strut the runway alongside 39 other models from local children’s hospitals! Save the date for Saturday, Feb 27, 2027 from 4-8pm at Austin PBS!

Want to help make a magical day for pediatric patients and their families?

The 12th Annual Beautifully Loved Fashion Show will be held on Saturday, Feb 27, 2027 at PBS Austin.

This year we had over 400 guests in attendance and are expecting more for next year's show!

While you are sponsoring, donating a silent auction items, donating a swag bag item for models gift bags or buying a ticket you are also helping ensure that every model that walks the runway this day feels celebrated and empowered!

We like to say that it's a total WIN, WIN for all because you are able to see in person who your donations go towards and supports all year long AND the models (and their families) get to see you cheering them on to remind them that we are all here to make sure they know they are so incredibly loved!
