Breaking! Today, Texas Values distributed an updated legal guidance letter to all Texas public school districts concerning their obligations under Senate Bill 10, the law requiring Ten Commandments displays in public school classrooms.

“The time for waiting is over. School districts must put qualifying donated Ten Commandments posters up now. The Fifth Circuit upheld the law. Asking the Supreme Court to review that ruling does not put the law on hold. Districts need to comply immediately.” -Jonathan Covey, Director of Policy for Texas Values
