Few leaders have shaped the landscape of modern urban development quite like Egbert L. J. Perry. 🏗️🌐

We want to congratulate, Egbert Perry once more, for being inducted into our ABL Legends Hall of Fame Class of 2026!!

Co-founding Integral in 1993 with the mission to “create value in cities and (re)build the fabric of communities,” Perry fundamentally changed how cities approach housing and community revitalization.

In 1996, Integral spearheaded the creation of Atlanta's Centennial Place—the nation’s very first urban mixed-use, economically integrated community. By blending mixed-income housing with early childhood development, K-12 education reform, recreation, and health services, Perry created a holistic revitalization approach. The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) designated it as a National Model, which has since been emulated over 250 times nationwide!

Perry’s vision has proven that commercial real estate and community-first impact go hand-in-hand. Beyond developing thousands of housing units, Perry’s leadership extended to serving as Chairman of Fannie Mae, guiding boards for major educational and civic institutions, and opening doors for people of color in market-rate commercial development.

This week, in celebration of our 20th year doing this...we were delighted to induct the 2026 Class of Men of Influence Honorees!!

Last night we hosted our 20th Annual Men of Influence Reception and Induction Ceremony.

It was our absolute honor and pleasure to recognize Khari Arnold as our very first Men of Influence, "Young Man To Watch"!!

Khari has exhibited exceptional leadership, persistence, and passion, not only in his career thus far, but in his life. He is an example to Fathers and people, city, state, and nationwide, that life truly is sweeter, when you allow your heart to commit to serving others! 😊
