A year ago, this started with a simple “yes” to God.

There were moments I felt unsure… tired… even unqualified.
But God kept showing up—and so did you.

Faith & Fitness became more than movement…
It became a place for strength, for sisterhood, for breakthrough.

I’m so grateful for every step, every prayer, every woman in this journey.

One year down… and we’re just getting started. 🙌
