I hate posting graphics but here it is fresh out of Adobe, manually put together, by Tessa Parker NOT ai 😤

Shared to start weaving in more information, not just the adoptable pets we are supporting inside shelters, at events, online, or in foster through our own personal rescue!

Since we received the “official” 501(c)3 nonprofit status, thanks to everyone’s support, Different Breed Solutions Rescue has supported 140+ dogs so far this year! (And we still have this quarter to finish!)

Today we ask everyone:

In a world where people keep sharing and supporting fake pages, yes we are talking about those massive pet pages that are monetized for just reposting rescues and real volunteers efforts and work, that say they are there to support rescues and shelters but get offended when they get asked to credit the ones spending their time and resources doing that work, better yet call to harass us when its called out.

We ask everyone to follow Different Breed Solutions Rescue on all platforms and subscribe to our website (all linked in the bio) please invite your friends and family as well, coworkers and bosses too

We say this as people who spent years in shelters volunteering and capturing our own content, making our own observations, to save pets, not just posting adoptable pets or ones with viral attention to monetize an account or get fast follows and engagement.

Featured adoptable dog is Buster the sweet cutie waiting for a home at Sherman Animal Shelter! (Look at that smile!)

TCAP is still free (all month in October) for male cats and dogs, there is ZERO excuse or reason not to take advantage and help stop the overpopulation crises.

Either you get your pets fixed or you are apart of the problem. There is no gray area here.

Be responsible or don’t own pets.

Oldie but goodie (like a day old 😅) Doofy knew yesterday was the day he could take his cone off.

Did he wait for help? Like most men, absolutely not.

But he is free and happy to be for certain because he’s right back to walking with his chin on my hip eyes on me 🥹

Longtime adoptable Katie needs help finding a home 😩 can you take less than 30 seconds to help her find it!?

✔️chipped ✔️fixed ✔️vaccinated ✔️ HW tested and negative

This Longtimer is an athletic social butterfly, very handler inclined, meaning if you can’t hold a leash she will notice, if you know how to set boundaries she will notice, and if you need extra love and attention SHE WILL NOTICE

She’s been to countless events and has spent time with so many volunteers: here are our notes from our experiences on Katie

🥹 wants everyone to feel seen and included, dog and human alike, she is so friendly (who doesn’t want a friendly dog)

☕️ She is one that will always bring the energy like Dutch Bros Coffee could be the Dutch shepherd in her DNA!

🧠 Very trainable, she picks things up quickly, just needs more consistency and routine boundaries

✋ Her biggest challenge is her build up of energy. It keeps her so excited she has a tendency to pull and jump. The build up of energy is definitely from being stuck in a shelter kennel with inconsistent breaks, if she was given a routine and consistent boundaries we feel like she would absolutely be an ICON of a dog!

If you’re interested in meeting Katie or learning more reach out to Sherman Animal Shelter directly!

These videos/photos/notes are all made through our personal experiences volunteering with Katie through the Different Breed Solutions Rescue shelter support program. We do NOT speak for the shelter or its hardworking staff! We share these posts to help raise awareness for the dogs and help them find better matches.

📞 Secretary, he’s pawsibly the most professional entity on the property

⭕️ Dottie, this photo, captures his essence, the Pedro meme in dog form

Koda is STILL waiting for a hero to save him from the shelter, with kennels full and the title longest timer on his card we are asking for the community to really help us push to find him a foster, adopter, or rescue!

Friendly and fluffy he would make the perfect cuddle buddy, he has a unique and stand out appearance that so many will be in awe of.

Man or woman he seems to love everyone and enjoys belly rubs. He has short bursts of energy and tries to show his handsome smile even inside the kennel.

Fixed ✅ Vaccinated ✅ Chipped ✅

Heartworm NEGATIVE (he’s clean!)

All American Dogs shelter has some serious cuties and we can’t encourage people to inquire about them enough!

Today we took a drive to Pilot Point, Texas to meet some dogs and take some pictures and community we want you to check out the first 3 shares

First up baby-girl Bobby, her jazzy self is looking for an adoptive home that can accommodate a puppy who needs guidance on all the basics! Puppies are not easy, so decide with your chest or go get a stuffed bone. 🦴

Next up let’s chat about Trevor,he could totally have been named Chad, blonde, friendly, athletic and charismatic he will do so well in a home that wants to bring more light and energy into their lives 🏈

Finally amazing Cameron, who gave grateful hugs the moment she was out of the kennel. She was a little timid but very cuddly in the playyard so we think she could do with some serious movie and chill energy so she can watch all of the Cameron Diaz movies and see the fun sparkplug she was named after!

Though we only shared 3 there are so many more pets (not just dogs) to meet, foster, and adopt! We encourage you to reach out, discuss the type of lifestyle you live and the type of dog energy you’d like to add, they know their dogs well and will guide you to your best match!

We do not speak for the shelter and provide these posts videos/photos and notes through the Different Breed Solutions Rescue shelter support program in hopes we can bring more awareness and better outcomes🙏

Koda is ready to be adopted, he’s put in the work, the time, and he is asking us all to take a few seconds to help him find a foster or adopter!

He is a longtimer, he may be housebroken if given a chance at a routine, definitely has some of the basics down — and clearly he has the looks of a dog that would love to be loved 🥹

He is heartworm positive but it’s not something he can transfer to other dogs, to be treated he will need some time to just relax and stay mellow (a perfect situation for a dog in a new home that needs time to decompress)

If you’re interested in learning more about Koda or considering fostering maybe even adopting, reach out to Sherman Animal Shelter directly (quickly)

We do NOT speak for the shelter or its staff, the contents of this post (video/photos/notes) are provided through Different Breed Solutions Rescue shelter support program in hopes of helping deserving adoptables gain attention and become more adoptable, so they can find the right home!

Who is the adoptable dog with stunning amber eyes and bat wings for ears? Dottie that’s who!

Waiting inside a kennel in the Sherman Animal Shelter. This handsome boy is looking for a home that will deliver the same love and smiles he is looking to give, medium and solid he will do best in a home that will enjoy his cute looks and the strong cuddles he can provide!

He is heartworm positive, which as long as it gets treated will not be scary! It simply means being calm and lazy will be a must for a little while (which is perfect for dogs decompressing in new homes!)

Dottie is fixed ✅ vaccinated ✅ microchipped ✅

Which means he won’t be adding to the overpopulation, he is up to date on necessary shots, and once you adopt him he will be able to update your information so should he get lost and found you’ll be contacted!

If interested in Dottie contact Sherman Animal Services directly to learn more, set up a meet and greet, foster, or adopt!

This content and post is provided by Different Breed Solutions Rescue through our shelter support program! We do not speak for the shelter/animal services staff. We simply volunteer our time and resources to help the dogs become more adoptable and raise awareness so they find better matches!
