All Things New

All Things New All Things New is a 501c3 organization and Christian Ministry that exists primarily to minister to the children of All Things New Orphanage in Haiti.

God laid this ministry on our hearts after leading us to begin a missions ministry at our church. We prayed for 9 months that God would lead us to the place where He wanted our ministry, and it was clear that He was leading us to Haiti. After meeting the kids at this orphanage and spending time with them on 6 trips to Haiti that year, we knew we had to move down there. They needed the love of a mo

ther and father, and we knew God was laying this on our heart. We are now in the process of figuring out how to move down there, and we know that God is going to show His power and get us down there in His time.

I was talking to Herbison yesterday about his future, and one thing struck me more deeply than usual...Haiti is a hard place to have a future right now. It was not a sad conversation, and I was proud of Herbison because his sister Dinna was one of the main things he factored in when planning his future. But it was hard to hear the truth about what the future there looks like. Please be in prayer as we are going through this process with all of our kids.

Our kids are growing up, and we are starting the process of assimilating them into the real world! Be on the lookout for future blogs and information about how we are doing this, but our first 2 kids are in the process of finding their own place and beginning to plan for their future. It is exciting, scary, and needed!
