Today, on Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day, we honor the precious little lives gone far too soon and the families who carry their love every single day. 🤍

To our heart families who have experienced loss, we see you, we remember your little ones, and we hold you close in our hearts.

No matter how brief their time here, their lives mattered, their stories matter, and their love will last forever. ✨

🕯️ Tonight at 7 PM, families around the world are invited to light a candle as part of the International Wave of Light, remembering the babies and children who are forever loved and never forgotten.

If you feel comfortable, we invite you to share your little one’s name in the comments so we can remember and honor them together. 🩷

To the heart moms, dads, caregivers, and kiddos carrying more than most people can see: we’re thinking of you this World Mental Health Day. ❤️‍🩹🫶🏻

The appointments, hospital stays, hard decisions, and “what ifs” can be a lot to hold. And even on the happy days, you might feel tired, worried, grateful, and hopeful all at once. There’s room for all of it. 💛

Today, a little reminder: you deserve care, too. Text a friend who understands. Take a breath outside. Say yes when someone offers help. And if things feel heavy, tell someone you trust or reach out for support. 🌿

To our heart kiddos: your feelings matter, too. We hope you always have space to ask questions, talk about the hard parts, and just be kids. 🧸💕

You don’t have to do this alone. We’re so glad you’re part of this heart community. ❤️

Come dressed in your favorite costumes and get ready for snacks & drinks, dancing, crafts, activities, and more — PLUS, we’re so excited for a new addition this year… Trunk or Treat inside the Atrium! 🍬🚗✨

A weekend we’ll never forget. ❤️‍🩹

This weekend, some of our Amazing Little Hearts moms had the opportunity to step away from the appointments, medications, hospital stays, therapies and everyday responsibilities of being a heart mom — and simply be together.

We laughed, we cried, we shared our babies’ stories, and we celebrated how far they’ve come. We got massages, did a few crafts, sipped a little w**e, competed in the Heart Mom Olympics 😜 and enjoyed an AMAZING dinner cooked by one of our very own heart moms. ❤️

But more than anything, we got to spend time with women who just get it.

Every one of us has walked a different road, but somehow, we hear little pieces of our own stories in each other’s. Different diagnoses, different surgeries, different hospital stays and different journeys — but so many of the same fears, hopes, heartbreaks and celebrations. There’s something incredibly special about being surrounded by women who understand parts of your story without you ever having to explain them. ❤️‍🩹

A huge thank you to Project Mom Bags for creating such a beautiful weekend for all of us heart moms. Every little detail was so thoughtful, and we were completely spoiled from beginning to end. The opportunity to rest, reconnect and pour into the moms who spend so much of their lives pouring into everyone else is truly such a gift.

We came home with full hearts, new friendships and an even deeper appreciation for this incredible community of strong, resilient women.

We are so proud to be heart moms — and so grateful we don’t have to walk this road alone. ❤️‍🩹🤍

Today is World Heart Day. ❤️

Swipe for a few facts about congenital heart defects. Nearly 1% of babies born in the U.S. have a heart defect, and about 1 in 4 of those babies has a critical CHD. These numbers help tell the story—but behind every one is a child and a family finding their way through it. ❤️‍🩹

At Amazing Little Hearts, we’re holding all heart families close today: those preparing for surgery, those navigating life after it, and those celebrating the everyday moments in between. You are not alone. 🫶🏻
