Now Hiring: Grievance & Legal Defense Representative — Albany, NY
NYS OMCE is looking for a dedicated and motivated retired state employee to serve as a GLD Representative in the Albany area.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of New York State service
- Is familiar with HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Has knowledge of New York State employment and service laws
- Is comfortable communicating with and assisting fellow M/C employees
- Is knowledgeable about workplace issues affecting M/C employees
- Is dependable, approachable, and committed to supporting OMCE members
