We join the Holiday Valley community in mourning the loss of Ron Kubicki.

Ron’s impact extended far beyond Holiday Valley. He served for 15 years on the PSIA-AASI Eastern Board of Directors, including as President, and was recognized with Eastern Lifetime Membership in 2018 for his exceptional service to our organization and our members.

His commitment to snowsports leadership and education left a lasting mark on Eastern. For many years, the Ron Kubicki Snowsports Management Award recognized outstanding leadership in our snowsports schools, a legacy that continues through our current Snowsports Leader of the Year Award.

We are grateful for Ron’s many years of leadership, service, and friendship. Our condolences go to his family, friends, and the entire Holiday Valley community. ❤️
