Up-Stitch Up-Stitch is a creative reuse organization that collects sewing materials and sells them back to the crafting community at an affordable rate.

Our goal is to improve the planet by reducing our local carbon footprint through the recycling of fabric and yarn. By re-circulating these materials to the community, we keep them out of landfills and put them back into the hands of people that can use them. We offer an alternative, unique, local choice for sewers and knitters to shop. We create a sense of community that comes with sharing and helping others in their quest to create.

It's the second weekend of October - you know what that means: we're open both Saturday AND Sunday this weekend! It's the perfect time to come take advantage of our notions sale, stop by the Knitting Clinic, or join our Second Sunday Social Crafters group! Stop by on Saturday or Sunday from 1pm - 4pm to shop!

For $5 you can fill a gallon bag full of buttons, buckles, zippers, thread, elastic, and more with our notions sale during regular store horus! Note that only items in the sale area are part of the notions sale. Notions that are in the regular part of the store are priced as marked.

Knitting Clinic with Dorothy is on Saturday from 2pm - 4pm. No registration required, just stop in and get help with a new project, or unstick yourself from a tricky part of a pattern.

Second Sunday Social Crafters is a lowkey, low stakes social get together for crafting with your community. Whether you're sketching, knitting, crocheting, or trying something new, drop in between 2pm - 5pm for light conversation and company. Adults only. No registration required.

Need to restock on buttons, thread, or elastic? Have we got the sale for you!

October 3rd - 14th, we're having a Notions Sale - come by during our usual business hours and buy a gallon bag for $5, then fill it with as many notions as you can fit. We've got buttons, buckles, zippers, thread, elastic, snaps and more!

Please note that the Notion Sale items are in a back area of the shop. Notions in the regular store are not included in the sale.

We're open Wednesdays from 10am - 1pm, Saturdays 1pm - 4pm, and the second Sunday of the month from 1pm -4pm. We hope to see you soon!

It's the second weekend of September - you know what that means: We're open extra hours this Sunday from 1pm - 4pm in addition to our usual Saturday hours 1pm - 4pm!

The store is packed full of home decor fabrics - help us get our supply back down to a manageable level by taking part in out 50% off home decor fabric sale! Don't see a pattern you like on the store shelves? Don't be afraid to ask one of our volunteers what else is available - we often have even more in our back rooms.

We've also added a big batch of affordable acrylic yarns in a wide variety of colors and weights - perfect for those with sensitivities to natural fibers!

Store hours are Saturday 1pm - 4pm, and Wednesday 10am - 1pm
(Psst: don't forget, next weekend is the 2nd Sunday of the month!)
