Equinox serves adolescents and adults struggling with chemical dependency; survivors of domestic violence and their children as well as elderly victims of domestic abuse; adolescents and adults, along with their families, who are living with mental illness and at-risk and homeless young people.

Equinox was proud to join the Albany Police Department for its 12th Annual Domestic Violence Awareness 5K this past weekend.

Our team was there to connect with community members, share information about our services, and stand alongside survivors and advocates working to end domestic violence.

Thank you to the Albany Police Department and everyone who participated for helping raise awareness and show support for survivors in our community.

Today marks the Autumnal Equinox, when day and night are nearly equal in length and we begin the transition into a new season.
