Shaking with joy and praising with heart! 🎶✨

​Our kids had an empowering afternoon learning the basics of tambourine playing with Teacher Josie! Before jumping into the beat, Teacher Josie emphasized the core fundamentals—starting with essential warm-ups and building presence of mind for focus and coordination.

​The kids explored the anatomy of the tambourine—from the frame, skin head, and jingles/cymbals to the flowing ribbons—before taking on their very first 16-count routine: the Banner pattern! 🚩🥁

​Mornings at the Dream Center are always special when we gather around God's Word! Today, Teacher Nova taught our kids that sharing the good and caring things God has done for our families is a powerful way to practice kindness every day.

​From everyday blessings to big answers to prayer, telling our stories spreads God’s love to those around us! 🙌💙

Teacher Danica conducted a Reading Assessment today for our Dream Center students using both English and Tagalog stories. For Grade 1, Teacher Danica gave them an assessment on letters and the pronunciation of every letter in the alphabet. Beyond just reading the words, we checked each student's comprehension to truly understand where they excel and where they need extra support.

​These assessments will help Teacher Danica customize upcoming tutorial sessions to meet every child right where they are. Excited to see our learners grow in confidence and understanding! 📖

Every day holds a story worth telling! 📖✨

​Our Grade 4 students at the Dream Center are working on their Performance Task #3 in Filipino—creating their very own handcrafted diaries (Talaarawan)! ✂️✏️

​Through this activity, our young learners get to practice writing in Filipino, reflect on their daily experiences, and unleash their creativity as they assemble their personalized booklets. Excited to see their final creations!

"God’s kindness changes our hearts." 💛

​This morning, Teacher Rosenda gathered our Dream Center students to dive into Romans 2:4. It was such a sweet lesson on how God doesn't force us to do good—instead, His love and kindness make our hearts want to do what is right.

​We learned that when we reflect that same kindness to those around us, we can help inspire them to choose good, too! Praying that our students (and all of us!) carry this light into the rest of the week. ✨🙏
