Ayala Foundation is on the ground in General Santos City providing immediate relief to communities affected by the recent earthquake, beginning with the distribution of 210 relief packs to families in Purok Balite, Barangay Lagao.

Working hand in hand with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO), local government units, and partners including MDC, Globe, the Philippine Army, and local organizations, we continue to assess on-the-ground needs and coordinate support for affected communities.

Together with MDC, Globe, members of the Philippine Army, and local partners, we continue to coordinate response efforts and assess priority needs on the ground.

As part of the ongoing response, , together with WeAreAyala Business Club (WAABC) Davao, will deploy an additional 1,300 relief packs within the week throughout the Sarangani province, while also mobilizing volunteers for skills-based recovery initiatives.

You may support ongoing relief efforts through Ayala Foundation's official donation channels at donate.ayalafoundation.org.

Twenty-five community members from Brgy. Binabag, Bogo City, Cebu completed the 5-Day Masonry Skills Training under the Rehabilitation Program, equipping them with practical skills that can support livelihood opportunities as they continue rebuilding after the earthquake.

Facilitated by TESDA, the training combined classroom instruction with hands-on application. Graduates received Certificates of Completion and construction tools to help them take the next step toward employment and masonry-related work.

A highlight of the program was the completion of a community Purok Center, built through the participants' collective efforts. More than a structure, it stands as a testament to the skills gained, the progress made, and the community's continued recovery.

This initiative was made possible through the support of Ayala Coop and the WeAreAyala Business Club Cebu, with employee-volunteers from MDC, BPI Direct BanKo, and APMC joining the culmination activity in support of the graduates.

Together, we continue to support communities not only in recovery, but in building pathways toward resilience and opportunity.

Through Balik Eskwela, volunteers, partners, and community members came together to help prepare schools and learning spaces for the months ahead. From improving classrooms to supporting school readiness efforts, each contribution helps create a more welcoming environment for learners.

These activities are made possible through the shared efforts of schools, local partners, employee-volunteers, and communities working toward a common goal: helping students start the school year in spaces that are safe, ready, and conducive to learning.

With more volunteer activities happening over the next two weeks, we invite you to be part of the effort.

Ayala Foundation joined fellow corporate foundations, sustainability leaders, and social impact practitioners from across Asia at Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society - CAPS's Annual Impact Network Conference in Kuala Lumpur.

As part of the panel discussion, “Giving + x: Redefining Corporate Engagement in the Community,” Ayala Foundation President Tony Lambino shared perspectives on how partnerships, volunteerism, and long-term community engagement can help create more meaningful and sustained outcomes.

The conversation reflected a shared belief among organizations across the region: that creating lasting impact requires going beyond funding alone and working alongside communities, partners, and institutions to address complex challenges together.
