We were thrilled to formally welcome our new set of chapter officers, whose continued dedication is vital to our growth. We also had the privilege of hearing the inaugural address from incoming Chapter President, Ar. Lito Tabuldan, who unveiled the theme for this fiscal year: ASCEND—Accountability, Stewardship, Commitment, Empowerment, Nation-Building, and Dynamic Leadership. We look forward to a productive year ahead as we work together to turn our shared vision into reality for the UAP Makati Chapter.

We take a moment to reflect on the past fiscal year through the Valedictory Address of Immediate Past Chapter President, Ar. Dan Lichauco. His two-year tenure as UAP Makati Chapter President was defined by consistent and diverse workshops, the development of the ByLaws for the Past Presidents’ Council, and the successful ex*****on of the Unbuilt Works Exhibit, among other initiatives. We also extend our deepest gratitude to the outgoing Chapter Board of Directors, whose hard work and dedication were fundamental to the success of this year’s events.

We were honored to welcome our esteemed National President, Ar. Jonathan Manalad, as our Guest of Honor. His insightful address on the UAP’s Long Range Plan provided more than just inspiration; it offered a vital strategic roadmap to elevate our profession. By articulating a vision developed through the continuity of leadership across multiple terms, Ar. Manalad’s words serve as the cornerstone for the organization’s future, inspiring us to align our local initiatives with the national organization's transformative goals.

We are also deeply grateful for the address from our National Executive Vice President, Ar. Chona Ponce, who made her presence felt through her AVP address, shared on the various committees of the UAP and how they support the goals and plans of the organization.
