Successful Launch of the Philippine MICE Guidebook

The Philippine MICE Guidebook was officially launched at the opening of TravelEx 2026 last February 6, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center—marking an important milestone in strengthening the country’s Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) ecosystem.

This landmark initiative is the result of a strong collaboration between the Tourism Congress of the Philippines (TCP), Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers (PACEOS), and the Department of Tourism Philippines (DOT).

The Guidebook serves as a practical reference for planners, organizers, venues, and stakeholders—providing clear direction on capabilities, standards, and opportunities that position the Philippines as a competitive and reliable MICE destination in the region.

As the industry comes together under a shared vision, the Philippine MICE Guidebook reflects our collective commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

Congratulations to all partners and contributors on this meaningful achievement for Philippine tourism!

The Tourism Congress of the Philippines (TCP) is proud to participate in the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) 2026, taking place today, 29 January 2026, in Cebu, Philippines 🇵🇭

TCP fully supports the Philippine Department of Tourism’s National Tourism Development Plan (NTDP) and the ASEAN Tourism Sectoral Plan, both of which highlight the importance of sustainable growth, regional collaboration, product diversification, and inclusive tourism development.

As the private sector’s umbrella organization, TCP believes that strong public–private collaboration is critical in translating regional and national tourism strategies into concrete programs, investments, and quality visitor experiences on the ground.

We look forward to continuing our work with the Department of Tourism, ASEAN counterparts, and industry stakeholders to help position the Philippines as a competitive, resilient, and future-ready tourism destination within ASEAN and the global tourism landscape.
