We began the Rotary year with a meaningful service project at Bahay Aruga, a halfway home established in 2014 for cancer patients of PGH and their families.

Through the leadership of our Vice President and Community Service Chair, Lisa Lou Sabado CSabado LisaLou, together with the dedicated support of HIP Mon Rivera, PP Erwyn Alcomendras, our friends from Korea (RID 3722), and RAC Lyceum of Alabang, we shared an afternoon filled with laughter, compassion, and generosity.

More than the activities and donations, we shared something even more valuable—HOPE. Every smile, every conversation, and every act of kindness reminded us that service has the power to uplift lives.

This is how the Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo starts the year: united in purpose, inspired to serve, and committed to creating lasting impact.

Welcoming the Next Generation of Leaders in Service! 💙💛

It was an honor and a privilege for the Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo to lead the Induction of Officers and Members of the Rotaract Club of Lyceum of Alabang – College of Customs Administration (CCA).

Congratulations to Ms. Kim Samantha Regis, the Charter President, together with her dedicated officers and new members, as they took their oath of office and membership. The ceremony was witnessed by President Ramon F. Rivera III of the Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo, Past President Erwyn Alcomendras, and Dr. Anthony A. Cristobal, Dean of the College of Customs Administration of Lyceum of Alabang.

Rotaract is where the next generation of Rotary leaders is nurtured. It is more than an organization—it is a training ground where young men and women develop leadership, integrity, teamwork, camaraderie, lifelong friendships, and a genuine passion for serving others. Through meaningful projects and shared experiences, they learn that true leadership is measured not by titles, but by the positive impact they create in their communities.

🏌️‍♂️⛳ **HIP HIP HOORAY GOLF TOURNAMENT 2026 – A RESOUNDING SUCCESS!** ⛳🏌️‍♀️

What an incredible day it was at Hallow Ridge Filipinas Golf Club on June 19, 2026!

The inaugural HIP HIP HOORAY Golf Tournament, the very first golf tournament organized by the Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo in partnership with the Rotary Club of Makati Arnaiz, successfully brought together **almost 100 golf players** and **more than 30 generous sponsors** in a day filled with fellowship, friendly competition, and Rotary spirit.

Blessed with amazing weather and perfect golfing conditions, players from various golf clubs and groups teed off at around **7:00 AM**, enjoying a memorable day on one of the country's finest golf courses. The excitement continued throughout the day and culminated in a wonderful fellowship gathering where golfers celebrated their achievements and enjoyed the company of fellow players and Rotarians.

The evening awarding ceremony was equally exciting, with participants taking home trophies and an impressive array of raffle prizes including golf balls, golf gloves, caps, JBL speakers, Apple AirPods, a 55-inch television, and even a **trip for two to Hong Kong**!

More than just a golf tournament, this event demonstrated how Rotary clubs can accomplish great things when they work together. The partnership between the Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo and the Rotary Club of Makati Arnaiz showcased the power of collaboration, camaraderie, and shared commitment to service, resulting in an event that exceeded expectations and created lasting friendships.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to **District Governor Reggie Nolido** for gracing the event with his presence and support.

To the members of the **Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo**, thank you for believing in and supporting this milestone project. To our organizing committee and volunteers, your hard work, dedication, and countless hours of preparation made this event possible.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the officers and staff of **Hallow Ridge Filipinas Golf Club** for their outstanding assistance and hospitality throughout the tournament.

To all the players who joined us, thank you for making the event lively, competitive, and enjoyable. And to our sponsors, your generosity and support were instrumental in making this tournament a tremendous success.
