🌿 NAU MAI, HOKI MAI PAORAIAN 🌿

Enabled Wairoa is proud to officially welcome Paoraian Manuel-Harman to our whānau as our new Chief Operating Officer.

Born and raised locally, Paoraian brings not only a strong connection to his whānau and hapori, but also an impressive breadth of experience across business, governance, leadership, management, communications and sport.

Paoraian has contributed to numerous organisations and kaupapa, building a strong and diverse background. His experience, combined with his local knowledge, strong community connections and commitment to his hapori, brings considerable value to his new role with Enabled.

Many across our wider community will also know Paoraian through his love and passion for rugby. His contribution as a coach with Tapuae and Poverty Bay Rugby reflects another important part of who he is: someone who invests his time, knowledge and leadership back into the people and communities he is connected to.

While his professional experience and qualifications bring considerable value to Enabled, the person behind them is equally important to us. Paoraian is grounded in Wairoa, a family man connected to his people and brings an understanding of our community that cannot simply be taught or gained through a qualification.

As Chief Operating Officer, Paoraian will work alongside our Chief Executive Officer, senior leadership team, kaimahi, stakeholders and Trustees to strengthen our operations and support Enabled as we continue to grow and deliver for whānau.

We are incredibly pleased to have someone of Paoraian’s calibre, experience and connection join our Enabled whānau. He is a valuable addition to our team, and we look forward to the contribution he will make to our organisation, our people and, ultimately, the whānau and hapori we serve.

Nau mai, haere mai e Paoraian.
We are proud to have you as part of the Enabled whānau and look forward to this next chapter together. 💚

🔥 Chief Operating Officer (COO) | WAIROA 🔥

This is not a “manage from your desk” job.
This is Pressure. This is People. This is Impact.

At Enabled Wairoa, we’re in the middle of it — housing, whānau, family harm, addiction, community challenges.

We need someone who can:
✔ Step in, not stand back
✔ Take charge when things get tough
✔ Turn complexity into clarity
✔ Back our people and get results

As 2IC to the CEO you’ll be right in it — leading teams, building systems, making things work when it matters most.

Not for everyone. But if it sounds like you… you already know.
