Heart breaking - BUSINESSES WE NEED YOUR HELP

25/02/2023

Today I got to see home for the first time since the cyclone. My beautiful home town is almost unrecognisable. I couldn’t bring myself to video NORTH CLYDE where the most damage has occurred.
I went to Whanau that were greatly affected and you can see the mamae that still lingers in their eyes as their hearts are dealing with the aftermath of cyclone Gabrielle.

This video is of our bar and grateful that it was opened in the last weather event.
However, the sea is still brown with silt and the slash now lines the banks.

The stories……….the stories I heard of what people experienced.

Heartbreaking 💔

BUSINESSES this is a plea to you - WAIROA needs your help to participate in
