Co-creating youth development projects that will bring change, growing and developing the skills and connecting young people to the wider community with the support of our GHM pastoral team. We hope to continue the relationships with the young person and their family, and support the social enterprises that will educate our youth and families for sustainability. Our aim is to provide support services, advocate, academic mentoring and work collaboratively with other like minded groups in the schools, churches, eco-groups to reach out to our young people and their families. We are so blessed to be part of a collective network group in our community and serve, help where we can especially in our local schools.
