We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our five-day workshop on "Longitudinal Data Analysis Using STATA ," held from March 9–13, 2026.

Conducted by CREHPA in collaboration with the University of Southampton and the University of Bath, the workshop brought together participants from CDPS, CDE, PAHS, and CREHPA. Over five intensive days, participants engaged in hands-on sessions to sharpen their skills in managing and analyzing longitudinal data. The interactive format emphasized practical applications within real-world public health research contexts.

A heartfelt thank you to our outstanding facilitators, valued partners, and enthusiastic participants for their active engagement. Your contributions made this workshop a resounding success.

We look forward to continued collaboration and further capacity strengthening in public health research.

The launch of first-ever Menstrual Health and Justice Guideline in Nepal which is developed by the Ministry of Social Development, Karnali Province. This landmark initiative addresses critical issues of menstrual health, rights and justice. The guideline comprehensively covers access to menstrual products, elimination of stigma and discrimination, quality education, access to supportive services, environmental sustainability including advocacy and empowerment.

The guideline was officially launched in 16th January, 2026 by the Honorable Minister of Social Development, Mr. Ghanshyam Bhandari in Surkhet.

CREHPA is pleased to be part of this milestone initiative and to have provided technical support in the development of this important guideline.

As we enter the third year of our study, we are excited to begin implementing our much awaited intervention on menstrual health and justice, with a special focus on menstrual pain management, an often overlooked aspect in menstrual health research, program and policy.

In collaboration with the University of Bath, UK, we successfully conducted a 5-day training in Pokhara for field facilitators who will be implementing the intervention on the ground. This intervention will be carried out in Kaski and Surkhet districts by our partner NGOs, Kopila Nepal and YGGP.
