Leading Women Association/ Group is a service oriented organization established with an aim to uplift the socioeconomic condition of Nepalese people especially focus to the women which leads towards the economic empowerment of the nation, facilitate the growth and development of skilled workers who can develop their own enterprises or find employment. The pro-activeness, enthusiasm and determined

vision of different professionals from various walks of life have come together to join hands in development sectors through the establishment of this organization. LWA/LWG is determined to uplift the economic status of backward communities to some extent through providing different skill oriented training and promote their products in the market networking with other different development organizations.
