CURE International India

CURE International India Transforming lives, one step at a time. 🌟 CURE International India is dedicated to eliminating disability from Clubfoot by 2030.

Join us on our mission to help all children born with Clubfoot in India to ! πŸ’ͺ❀️ CURE International India began its service from April 2009 with a goal to eradicate disability caused by clubfoot in India and at present over 80,000 children are enrolled for free treatment in 351 designated weekly clubfoot clinics spread over all the 29 states in India. With over 150 children being born

with clubfoot in India every day, the role of CURE India in establishing free clubfoot clinics is very relevant and significant. Through this initiative, CURE India aims to enlighten the public that clubfoot can be treated and neglected clubfoot leads to lifetime disability. From its inception CURE has worked primarily with government healthcare programs. This not only helps CURE India establish clubfoot clinics which provide care at no cost to families, but also allows CURE India to reach the poorest of the poor. With the partnering state governments, CURE agreed to manage weekly clubfoot clinics with the orthopedic department in government medical colleges and hospitals. In the partnership, government entities commit to assign doctors who will participate in the free clubfoot weekly clinics and ensure that the casting materials are available for the treatment. State office space is also allotted. Major roles of CURE International India in this partnership are: 1. Provide ongoing training to orthopedic surgeons on Ponseti method of Clubfoot treatment. 2. Maintain medical records for every child enrolled in the state for global research. 3. Provide Counselors who will work with parents to ensure clinic visits and check dropouts. 4. Distribute Foot Abduction Braces free of cost to every child for 4-5 years. 5. Maintain a 24Γ—7 clubfoot helpline for every state. 6. Provide State Program Manager and Coordinator. Please call 8800020501 for partnership with CURE India. Please visit www.clubfootindia.in to find the nearest clubfoot clinic and feel free to talk to the respective state program coordinators.

🌟 One Child. One Sponsor. One Transformed Future. 🌟

Every day, new children with clubfoot are enrolled in CURE India’s treatment programme. Behind every registration is a family searching for hope and a child waiting for the chance to walk, run, and live without disability.

Our Director, Dr Santosh George, recently shared that during the last financial year, CURE India supported more than 12,000 children with clubfoot treatment across India. Yet, nearly 2,000 of these children had no sponsor to support their journey.

Despite this challenge, we never turn a child away. Every day, we continue treatment while believing that compassionate individuals will step forward to make a difference.

Today, we invite you to be that difference.

By sponsoring just one child, you can help provide life-changing treatment and ensure that a child born with clubfoot gets the opportunity to stand, walk, play, attend school, and dream without limits.

A single act of generosity can change the entire course of a child's life.

πŸŽ₯ Watch Dr Santosh George share why every sponsored child matters and how your support can help us reach the children still waiting for hope.

Watch how one message seeking help became hope for 240 children. ✨

This morning, the first message our Director, Dr Santosh George saw was from a parent seeking help for their newborn baby born with clubfoot.

By the end of the day, hope arrived in another form, a partnership agreement that will support 240 children on their journey to walking, running, and living without disability.

With nearly 2,000 children still waiting for treatment and support, every partnership matters. Every child matters.

In this heartfelt video, our Director shares how a single message from a worried parent and a single commitment from a partner can transform hundreds of young lives.

πŸŽ₯ Watch the video to discover why every day at CURE India begins with hope and ends with renewed determination to reach more children.

✨ Together, we can ensure that no child is left waiting for the chance to walk.

πŸŽ₯ What if a single question could tell the story of thousands of children finding hope?

Whenever our Founder & Director, Dr Santosh George, asks our team, β€œHow many clubfoot clinics do we have today?”, the answer is never the same. Why? Because the number keeps growing.

Today, there are 483 CURE International India-supported clubfoot clinics across India, where parents arrive with questions, where ASHA workers help identify and refer children, and where our dedicated counsellors guide families through every step of the treatment journey.

It has taken nearly 17 years to build this network of care. And now, we stand on the threshold of a remarkable milestone: 500 clinics across India.

But what does this number really mean? How many lives, dreams, and futures does it represent?

Watch this special message from Dr Santhosh George and discover why reaching 500 clinics is not the destination; it is the beginning of reaching even more children waiting for treatment.

πŸ’™ Thank you for walking this journey with us.

🌟 A Milestone of Hope and Healing in Gujarat! 🌟

On 6 June 2026, our dedicated team member, Ms Sesil (SPC), Gujarat, successfully facilitated the inauguration of the 50th CURE India Clubfoot Clinic in Gujarat at Ayush Hospital, Bhuj District. The occasion was made even more special as it was celebrated alongside , marking a day of awareness, commitment, and renewed hope for children and families affected by clubfoot.

This milestone reflects Dr Upendra Vaghela, Director of Ayush Hospital, who has long believed that Ayush Hospitals across Gujarat should partner with CURE India to strengthen access to clubfoot care. We're pleased to see this vision realised with the opening of the new MoU clinic, expanding treatment opportunities for children in the region.

The celebration witnessed the participation of 10 clubfoot children and their parents, along with hospital staff and community members. The event was excellently coordinated and organised by Ms Jaywanthi Makwan, District Program Coordinator (DPC), Bhuj, whose dedication ensured the success of the program.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Upendra Vaghela, Ms Sesil, Ms Jaywanthi Makwan, the entire Ayush Hospital team, and all the families who joined us in celebrating this important milestone. Together, we are creating a future where every child with clubfoot can walk, run, play, and achieve their dreams.
