This season is more than just fasting, pushpanjali at the Durga Puja pandal, or dancing the night away with garba and cultural celebrations. 🌸💃 It’s a time to celebrate strength, resilience, and the traditions that connect us across generations.

As we come together in Her name, let’s also pause to listen—our parents’ and grandparents’ stories of Dussehra, Durga Puja, and Navratri carry the joy and wisdom of times gone by. ❤️

Our story

Saanjhi Saanjh is an off shoot of Harikrit NGO. The concept of Saanjhi Saanjh stems from the fact that companionship and someone to talk to is the biggest need of elderly.

We started this movement by launching a newspaper exclusively for the elders. The paper has just turned one! Encouraged by the response we received for the paper from all walks of life, we have now launched the first edition of Saanjhi Saanjh National Awareness Seminar & Awards – a platform to recognise, support and felicitate our seniors who are still maintaining an active lifestyle. The forum will also encourage organisations doing notable work with the seniors.
