About Harikrit: Established in 2003, Harikrit is a reputed NGO working dedicatedly for the welfare, dignity, and empowerment of senior citizens. Over the years, Harikrit has implemented impactful programs across health, mental well-being, social inclusion, and policy advocacy for the elderly. We are now expanding our partnerships and seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our CSR and funding initiatives.
Position Overview
The Assistant Manager: CSR & Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporate, government, and institutional donors. The candidate will take the lead in preparing funding proposals, attending meetings, and independently driving initiatives that enhance Harikrit’s visibility and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and write compelling CSR and government funding proposals aligned with Harikrit’s mission and programs.
Research and identify potential CSR and grant opportunities across corporate and public sectors.
Represent Harikrit in donor meetings, presentations, and networking events with confidence and clarity.
Maintain strong relationships with CSR departments, foundations, and government bodies.
Support strategic planning, partnership development, and proposal ex*****on.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and reporting of funded projects.
Independently manage correspondence, meetings, and follow-ups with donors and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or development sector roles.
Proven experience in writing successful proposals for CSR and government grants.
Excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.
Strong networking and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Sound understanding of CSR guidelines, government schemes, and donor engagement processes.
Preferred Background
Degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
Experience working with NGOs focused on senior citizens, health, or social welfare will be an added advantage.
