Devi Foundation is a registered not for profit organisation based in New Delhi. It was set up in 2003 with the twin objectives of using art, music and performance as tools of communication and of helping under privileged women and children. The Foundation seeks to help avert the gradual erasure of music which has been the mainstay of Indian culture. The Foundation has thus recorded music by Pandit

Chhannulal Mishra in 14 volumes and Ustad Abdul Rashid Khan in 6 volumes. All the proceeds from the sale of the music albums go to the charitable activities of the Foundation, chiefly to support a school for children aged 3 - 10 years, in Sarai Harkhu village located 3 hours from Varanasi.
