🥕 🚜 🌍 We’re going to ruffle a few feathers and bring some truths home whilst showcasing powerful pathways forward for farmers, food, nature, and climate. Farmers, food businesses and consumers are trapped in perverse incentives that reward environmental damage. If we want sustainable food, we need to redesign the system, not lecture the people inside it.

Delighted for Climate Cocktail Club to be invited as partner to Irish Food Service Suppliers Alliance and bringing some real-life radicals from the CCC diaspora to Mullingar on 31st March.

I’ll be hosting the panel with ( ), Martha O’Hagan ( / Refarm Ireland) and Eoin Sheehan (Country Munch).
