Arlo Parks is a singer and songwriter and a two-time Grammy nominee. She has toured with Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, and Clairo, and performed at Glastonbury. Arlo is currently touring her most recent album ‘Ambiguous Desire’.

This Phil is honoured to be presenting the Gold Medal of Honorary Patronage to Arlo Parks on Saturday 17/10/26 at 1pm in the Graduates Memorial Building.

Osama Qashoo is a Palestinian filmmaker, activist, and entrepreneur. The founder of Palestine House, a cultural centre for Palestine in London, and Gaza Cola, an anti-apartheid cola which pledges all profits for Palestine. An organiser and participant in the Gaza Freedom Flotilla action, Mr. Qashoo was detained and tortured by Israeli forces as he attempted to bring crucial supplies into Palestine. Mr. Qashoo’s film and writing works have been highly regarded by critics and are instrumental to the Free Palestine movement.

The Phil is excited to welcome Mr. Qashoo to Trinity on Monday (12/10) at 3pm, where he will be awarded the Gold Medal of Honorary Patronage.

Over the past two weeks we’ve held collaborative debates, This House Believes Masculinity Has Failed Men with The Elizabethan Society and The Udoma Subcommittee, and This House Would Take the Law into their Own Hands with DU Law Society.

With a packed chamber, pre-debate snacks, and w**e receptions, it has been an amazing time. We’ve had the opportunity to welcome fantastic guest speakers and witness more than a few hilarious and moving speeches.

We hope to see you tonight for This House Would Embrace Looksmaxxing! Please join us in getting Philthy.
