💜 What an incredible journey we had in Bulgaria this year for the Cystic Fibrosis Ireland International Walk 2026! 🇸🇮✨

From the stunning trails to the amazing camaraderie, it was truly a walk to remember and every step helped support people living with CF in Ireland. 🙌

The proposed €500 annual increase, equivalent to just €9.60 per week, falls far short of the real cost of living with Cystic Fibrosis and other disabilities, which research estimates at between €8,700 and €12,300 per year. Cystic Fibrosis Ireland is calling for a meaningful Cost of Disability payment that reflects these realities and supports people with disabilities to live with dignity, independence and financial security.

Calling all early-career CF researchers!

Applications are now open for the 20th European Cystic Fibrosis Young Investigator Meeting (EYIM), taking place in Paris from 24-26 February 2027.

EYIM brings together young investigators from across Europe to present their research, connect with peers, and learn from leading experts in CF science, clinical care and allied health.
