Family Gardening sessions are back this July for 4 sessions ! Due to demand, we’ve opened up a second group for the earlier time of 11-12.15 with a couple of spaces left 💚 The second group 1-2.15 is currently full but we have a waiting list in operation. Family Gardening is led by the input of parents in the area. This project is a collaboration between Mayfield CDP & Health Action Zone funded by Community Foundation Ireland

A beautiful morning at our first Connection Cafe Mayfield's Dementia Cafe. It was lovely to connect, share information, and enjoy the beautiful home baking on offer. We had a talk on falls prevention, our snack of the month, shared our Tips of the month and ended with a some shake fit.
Thank you to all who donated ware, table cloths, home baking, flowers etc

But most importantly thank you to the beautiful people who came and shared this space with us. So lovely to meet everyone today.

Our next Connection Cafe is the 14th of July 10.30 to 12.30pm. If you would like to attend please contact Fidelma on 087 1800210 for more information.

Reminder of Mayfields New Dementia Cafe Connection Cafe. This month's speakers will be the Occupational Therapists from the HSE who will talk about falls and falls prevention. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to visit our information stand, make connections, enjoy a cuppa, try out our snack of the month and share tips on our Tip of the Month Board. We will end with a fun based activity.
