Our November Swindon Repair Café & Free Shop has a Christmas Swap theme 🎅🎄🎁 So come and find some new and pre-loved goodies in our Free Shop. As the name suggests, all items are free!

If you have anything you'd like to donate, we'd be very grateful so please bring them along - or contact us to arrange to drop them off if you can't make Sunday. They don't need to be Christmas-related as you never know what people might find useful :)

We'll have volunteers to help with repairs, so bring any broken household items that need fixing, or that you'd like advice on.

Plus our lovely sewing volunteers will be there for any clothing or items that need mending.

Our gardening team will be offering some free houseplants you can select to take home.

And we're very excited to have a new addition to the Repair Shop! Volunteers from Swindon Hub's Help Me IT group are joining the Repair Cafe - offering FREE IT support, repair & refurbishment (see pic for more info).

Swindon Hub Music Group will be running a Music Jam. They'll bring a selection of instruments you can try, or bring your own. All abilities and instruments are welcome, including singers. Everyone loved this when we tried it in July, so we've decided to make it a regular feature, with it happening every other Repair Cafe.

The lovely Open Door Centre (Swindon & District) will be running the cafe as usual, with drinks and the best home-baked cakes in Swindon, in individual and take-home sized portions. With profits going to running their charity for adults with learning disabilities.

Pop along to Eastcott Community Centre on Savernake Street, Old Town between 2 - 5pm this Sunday 1st November.

And see pic for our 2027 Repair Cafe schedule and themes.

*Our insurance doesn't allow us to repair 240v electrical items, but we'll have a go at most things and give advice and tutorials.
