We’re excited to share some fantastic artwork created by the young people at IPSUM! 💙

From colourful paintings to detailed drawings and creative designs, it’s lovely to see everyone's different styles and ideas come to life.

Motivational Monday 💙

A difficult day doesn’t mean you’re going backwards.

We all have days where things feel harder than usual, and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always a straight line — sometimes taking a break, slowing down or simply getting through the day is progress too🌿

Be patient with yourself and take things one day at a time. Tomorrow is another opportunity to keep moving forward💙

Motivational Monday 💙

Some days, simply showing up is enough.

Not every day needs to be productive or full of achievements; sometimes getting through the day, taking care of yourself and doing what you can is something to be proud of🌿

Be kind to yourself, take things at your own pace, and remember that even the small things count💙

Wishing everyone a positive week ahead!

Motivational Monday 🌿

Progress doesn’t always have to mean making huge changes.

Sometimes progress is getting through a difficult day, trying something new, reaching out for support, or simply taking a little more time to look after yourself. 🌱

Motivational Monday 🌿

Sometimes the hardest part is simply getting started.

Whether it’s a new goal, making a change, asking for support or doing something you’ve been putting off, you don’t need to have the whole journey figured out before taking that first step🌱

Wishing everyone a positive week ahead!
