This rubbish is spread across two bins in bishopwearmouth cemetery, they stink of rotting food. These bins have big notices on them stating for cemetery use only, which suggests green waste such as floral waste. So now we have people leaving rubbish by the trees and taps again, as there is no space for their graveside green waste.

Yesterday this bin was kicked off its mount today it has been repaired. Please don't throw your poo bags in people's gardens, put them in this bin it's what the council provided it for.

Flytipping is not only unsightly, inconvenient for others, costly for those whose land you dump your crap on. Please refrain from dumping your rubbish in cemeteries and on churchland these are sacred places. Churches are concidered private land, therefore incur costs to remove your rubbish.
