We spoke about what love meant to us, and Kelly who was born deaf, had a lovely message to convey: “You can always show love you don’t have to use words” I think this is a reminder to us all that through small acts of kindness and understanding we can show love🩷

NEW! 🥰 Dear all, we will be running a free weekly drop-in group for Mam's every Tuesday 11:30am-1:30pm. Children of all ages welcome! 🩷
This is a free informal non-judgemental space that welcomes ALL Mothers whether you're new or experienced. Ran by Mam's for Mam's! Starting Tuesday 16th June! Spread the word! We are also looking to partner and connect with other organisations who would be able to support this group in due course- Please tag them here and please share this post to reach as many Mam's as possible! You don't need to struggle on your own, so please pop in and connect with other parents to create a safe support network and new friends. Also, there will be plenty cuppas and biscuits!🩷

It’s been a scorching day today in keel square! ☀️As part of Sunderland Councils BBC big weekend wrap around event! ☀️
We’ve been giving out leaflets and free hot chocolates (maybe we should have switched to lemonade!) Alongside Pam Scott Wellbeing who has been giving free Reiki treatments.
