Looks like it’s going to be a beautiful morning!!! We’ve been to a conference this week learning more about the benefits of exercise and the vision is for it to become an integral part of cancer care, rehabilitation and recovery - You don’t need to run a marathon, any movement is beneficial and reduces the risk of cancer recurrence
