Why not give this new session ago with RR Mindful Wellness

Our first Reiki infused meditation session at Doxford Park Community Centre, Sunderland will be taking place on 17th May at 7:30pm with RR Mindful Wellness

This will be a chance to pause, let go of the stress of the week and head into a new week feeling lighter and more grounded.

A warm, welcoming space for anyone who feels they need a little time for themselves.
No experience needed, just come along as you are.
