We're thrilled to share this new animation, which captures different areas of the programme, whilst demonstrating the opportunities and experiences that children and young people can enjoy through Big Noise and its long-term support - from their earliest years through to young adulthood.

Inspired by the real-life stories of Big Noise members, the animation brings these experiences together and explores the lasting impact of music and nurturing relationships on a young person's life 🎶

Following the upcoming departure of our founding Head of Centre, Andy Thorn, we would like to wish him all the very best for his next exciting adventure. We’re now looking for someone new to lead and shape our Big Noise Douglas programme.

✨ is a skilled musician, with professional-level ability on their principal instrument 🎻

As Head of Centre, you’ll work closely with the team and community to ensure Big Noise Douglas reaches as many children and families as possible, while contributing to our wider mission to tackle inequality through music.
