Central Advocacy Partners has been shortlisted for a Herald Scottish Impact Award 2026, in the Community Impact Award – Micro: Advocacy category!

This recognition isn't really about us -it's about every person we've stood beside, every voice we've helped be heard, and the trust our community across Forth Valley has placed in us for nearly 30 years.

At CAP, we believe every learning disabled or Autistic adult has the right to be heard. Being shortlisted alongside some of Scotland's most impactful organisations reminds us why that belief matters as much today as it did when we started.

Thank you to our small but mighty team, our Members Committee, our partners, and - most importantly - YOU - the people we support, who inspire this work every day.

We'll find out how we've done at the awards ceremony on 1st October - wishing all the finalists well! 🤞

We are very grateful to Tesco who regularly let us pick up their surplus goods on a Tuesday evening ready for the community hub on a Wednesday morning. Here is us collecting it last week . The hub opens at 10.30 every Wednesday, come fill a bag of food
Have a bowl of soup and or a cuppa . All welcome

All welcome to fill a bag and stay for a bowl of soup - lentil or mushroom tomorrow and or cup of tea/coffee

We're hiring!

Stirling Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) is looking for a Wellbeing and Resilience through Medical-Thermal Heating (WARMTH) / Energy Advice Worker to join the team at Stirling Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).

This role will provide energy advice and support to people across Stirling District, particularly those whose health and wellbeing may be affected by living in cold or hard-to-heat homes. You'll help clients with energy tariffs, energy efficiency, income maximisation and fuel debt, as well as helping people access additional support where needed.

Working as part of our Energy Advice team, you'll also help raise awareness of the WARMTH project, work with local communities and health and wellbeing partners, and support clients who may face barriers to accessing advice.
