🌍Mission Sunday reminds us that God is often at work in the most unexpected places and people. In tomorrow’s homily we're invited to look beyond our assumptions and recognise God's image in every person. 🕊Mission invites us to share our faith and recognise God's grace already present in the people we meet. This Mission Sunday, let's celebrate His work in every corner of the world and be signs of hope wherever we are.✨🙏

Mission Sunday is a special day when the whole Church comes together to support mission and missionaries. 🙏 The theme for 2026 is: “One in Christ, united in mission.” 🕊 This year we mark 100 years of World Mission Sunday, on the 18th October. 😊 Every parish in every country is asked to pray for the missions. ✝ 🙏

✨As another week is coming to an end, it's the perfect time to reflect! Tomorrow’s homily reminds us that God’s invitation is for everyone. 😊 We don’t have to be perfect, have everything sorted, or feel worthy enough to come to Him. ✝ The Lord prepares a place for all at His banquet, offering mercy, joy, and abundant love.💕 The challenge is not whether we are invited, but whether we are willing to accept the invitation with humility and an open heart. ❤️ 🕊️ Check out our website to view the full homily: www.spms.org/sunday-homilies (Photo: Alexander Mass on Unsplash)

💧Today the 2026 Season of Creation comes to a close on the feast of St Francis of Assisi – the saint with a profound love for all creation. 🌱🦋🐕 The altar in St Patrick’s chapel, Kiltegan, has been the heart of our Season of Creation prayers. ❤🙏 St Francis of Assisi’s feast day reminds us that our prayers and care for creation don’t finish with the season. 💦May the Living Water keep flowing and carry our care for creation into all that we do. 🕊 🙏 ✝

✨ 🍇This Sunday we hear Jesus’ parable of the vineyard — a reminder that our lives, our faith, and even creation itself are gifts entrusted to us. 🌱 Tomorrow’s homily reflects on humility, care for the earth, and the fruit God hopes to see in us: justice, mercy, and faithfulness. 💕 It’s also a message of hope — God keeps sending, keeps inviting, and never gives up on the vineyard he loves. 🕊 ✝ ❤
Thank you for your continued interest and support.🙏🏽🙏🏽 Wishing you a blessed week. To view the full homily, go to our website: www.spms.org/sunday-homilies
