CDCN works to improve life in Nesting, Girlsta and Wadbister by supporting local facilities, services, projects and opportunities.

We also manage and develop the Aald Skül Community Hub in South Nesting. When the Shetland Islands Council made clear their intentions to sell off the old Nesting Primary School buildings and surrounding land, Nesting Aald Skül Development Association was formed to try and acquire the assets for the benefit of the local community.
