Free 6 week pregnancy yoga course at Saltash Town Council Library Hub! BOOKING ESSENTIAL-SPACES ARE LIMITED!
🧘‍♀️We are thrilled to welcome Tamar Yoga at the library! This 6 week course is free for expecting mothers and is fully funded by the ICB.

🎊We are thrilled to announce the start of a 6 week course of Baby Yoga with Funky Monkey Baby Massage and Yoga!
🆓This block of 6 sessions is FREE and fully funded.

📆The sessions will be on Friday mornings at Saltash Town Council Library Hub from 11:30-12:30 and start on Friday 18th September.

❗BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL and is for the entire block. SPACES ARE LIMITED!

✅Suitable for 4-10 month old babies, these sessions are fantastic for bonding, infant mobility, sleep and flexibility.
If you would like to book a place for yourself and your baby, please book in person at the library, by emailing [email protected] or by phoning 01752 844846 option 6.
ℹ️ For course attendees, please bring a drink for you and baby, a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing.
