Our Volunteer Coordinator Rachel had a great morning networking with other organisations and discovering new ways to encourage more students to get involved in volunteering. Thank you to the VolunTees team at Teesside University for hosting such a great event 🙂

For the record, BOTH of our intermediate and beginner's classes are back on! Intermediate from 3PM, and Beginner's from 4PM! Each session lasts one hour!

Redcar Area Foodbank

Here at Footprints in the Community, we believe that everyone deserves a warm meal and a place where they feel welcomed. Our Pay It Forward scheme allows you to donate towards a meal for someone who may not have the money to buy one themselves.

Through this support, we have provided 182 meals in the last 12 weeks.

So, if you're able to, why not donate and help us make sure nobody goes without a meal? A little kindness can go a long way!

A huge thank you and farewell to our wonderful Dan – our Van Man! 💙

Dan sadly left us last week after a year of hard work, dedication and keeping everything moving behind the scenes for Footprints and Redcar Area Foodbank.

From collecting donations and delivering essential supplies to supporting our volunteers, Dan has been a valued part of the team and will be greatly missed by us all.

We wish Dan and his wife every happiness as they begin their new chapter in Manchester. Good luck, Dan — and thank you for everything! 🚐
