Looking for a fun outdoor activity this summer for you and your family?

On 28th June, British Triathlon and partners are launching the Redcar Swim Bike Run Partnership with a free event at Majuba Beach. Join us from 12 noon and get involved in a variety of family friendly activities open to all.

Want to try something new or feel up for a challenge? Book onto the Swim Bike Run Mini which starts at 1pm - choose from an adult or family wave. This free event is the perfect chance to have fun with your family and friends, without the pressure of a formal competition. Choose whether to complete the swim, bike, run or all three activities – bikes and wetsuits are available to borrow on the day.

All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and curiosity to give Swim Bike Run a go.

We would like your help.

We have worked with Teesside University to create this survey.It will help us see how people in the Tees Valley use local services.
It will also show how they feel about their area. These services include health care, social care, and support in the community.

This is the first survey in a yearly study. We want to find out:

- Which services people use
- hat problems they have when using them
- If people know what help they can access
- What could make life easier for people

We’ve re-launched the Tees Valley Wheels 2 Work scheme — now run in-house by RCVDA, ensuring this vital service continues to help local people get to work, training, and education.

Prices have been adjusted to cover running and insurance costs:
⚡ Electric Motorbikes: £60/week or £260/month
🚴‍♀️ Electric Bicycles: £21/week or £91/month (still the same great price!)

By keeping Wheels 2 Work alive, we’re helping people across Tees Valley stay mobile, independent, and connected to opportunity. 💪
